Problem:

A difference of opinion between the ICS, 7 CCGs and 20+ PCNs on how PCN development should be structured and cover.

Our work: 

  • Understand strategic objectives of each party

  • Align strategic objectives through extensive engagement and workshops

Outcome:

  • Create an aligned development plan and menu of options at Place/PCN and CD level in support of overall strategic aims

  • Rebuild relationships between parties
