Finance Training.

Problem:

A request from a CEPN to deliver remote financial awareness training for all members of the primary care team.

Our work:

Quickly understanding the audience and their needs prior to delivery. Selecting topics to focus on. Developing cases so all team members could get out of the training what they needed. Using virtual break-out rooms. Holding a remote drop-in  ‘finance surgery’ after the training.

Outcomes:

High levels of feedback. Invitation to run training again.
