Partnership Development.
The problem:
A rapidly expanding 2 full-time partner practice took on three new partners at the same time. All partners subsequently worked part time alongside a full-time employed practice manager.
Our work:
Understanding what the partners wanted to achieve for themselves, the practice and the PCN. Aligning work interests. Using Myers-Briggs personality typing to gain insights on how best to work together. From this developing a management structure and individual roles and responsibilities for partners.1-2-1 coaching for the practice manager.
Outcomes:
Management and leadership structure
Memorandum between partners on roles and responsibilities
Coached PM to develop a communication and decision-making structure.
