CD leadership development.

Problem:

9 time-poor CDs across a CCG footprint requiring bespoke leadership development to address local challenges.

Our work:

  • Understand the local issues

  • Create a development programme over 12 months to include:

  • 1-2-1 PDP development

  • 5 coaching sessions over the year

  • 3 Masterclasses based on common learning needs/local issues

  • Menu of additional support options to be taken up by CDs as/when required.

Outcome:

  • Excellent CD satisfaction 

  • Increase in confidence/levels of capability
