Practice mergers.

We have managed several practice mergers ranging from two single handers in the same building  to creating lists of 40k+ patients. There have been various reasons behind the mergers, for example

·      Well-functioning practices wanting to use economies of scale supporting 

·      Single handed GPs wanting to retire or reduce professional isolation

·      When practices find themselves in difficulties e.g. performance, CQC, succession planning

We have managed end to end processes or certain segments such as writing the business case or supporting HR.
