PMS Review

Our experience.

We were commissioned by a CCG to support practices who would be adversely affected by the CCGs PMS review. Our multi-disciplinary team of medical accountants, practice managers and GP leads worked with practices to create financial forecasts and an operating plan to re-design how they deliver their services so they could remain sustainable within their financial envelope. One of our learnings was to engage the whole practice team so they understood the financial pressure and could pull together as a team to change the way they operated.
